Eva Longoria-Parker: ‘Desperate Housewives’ Affecting My Sex Life
With Juanita and Celia and Carlos‘ (Ricardo Antonio Chavira) hectic job, Gaby (Eva Longoria-Parker) might not be getting a lot of quality time with her husband (if you know what I mean) on
Desperate Housewives. Little did we know that playing Gaby on the ABC series is weighing heavily on her real-life sex life as well.
“I work three to four days per week. And then I fly to Texas to spend a long weekend with Tony. So we only have sex during the weekend,” she tells Femalefirst.co.uk. Her husband Tony Parker plays for the San Antonio Spurs.
Desperate Housewives is two episodes away from its midseason break, when a plane crashes on Wisteria Lane and reportedly kill a couple of people. That is, before the show resumes January 3rd. Gaby’s family seems to be safe.
As for married life, Longoria-Parker doesn’t seem to have any complaints.
“I love being married. I’m part of something bigger and more important now. The marriage gives me so much more than my job. Tony and I feel incredibly connected. I love being a housewife. It’s great fun. I cook, clean and sew. I even wash Tony’s laundry,” she said.
On the next episode of Desperate Housewives, Gaby will have to side with husband Carlos when Lynette (Felicity Huffman) takes them to court. On the last episode, Gaby found out that Lynette was pregnant and was pissed, because Lynette partly did it to get the job.
