Season 1

Desperate Housewives Season 1 was premiered on 10-3-2004. During the first season of show a dreadful amount of awful things happens in Wisteria Lane. Season begins with the suicide of Mary Alice Young. The whole season moves around the reason why she committed suicide and why her husband Paul is trying to throw the old box? Other characters in the season are Susan Mayer, Bree Van De Kamp, Gabrielle Solis and Lynette Scavo who’re Mary Alice Young’s friends. During the season 1, Susan starts dating Mike who is a plumber. In order to take care of her family, Lynette has given up a job. Rex divorces Martha Stewart. Andrew, Martha’ son adopts a ‘so what’ behavior after an old lady is dropped down by his car. Gabrielle is a former sexy model who is cheating her millionaire husband, Carlos. Paul Young kills Mrs. Martha Huber but Mike is arrested by the police as the murderer. Lynette finds out that her husband’s father is a serial philanderer. At the end of the season, it’s revealed that Maisy Gibbons has slept with everyman in the neighborhood also including Rex. Season finale ‘One Wonderful Day’ was aired on 5-22-2005.
